1. Participate in the input and output of product design and development and all kinds of review activities, and improve the organization of design work according to the review requirements;
2. Responsible for PLC control program framework design, program module and HMI touch screen development of production line equipment;
3. Planned and designed the production line equipment servo control path, realized action and control mode;
4. Participate in the standardization of control procedures, and continuously revise and iterate according to the feedback of mechanical process and electrical debugging personnel;
5. Participate in standardization related to electrical drawing design. Responsible for detailed schematic drawing, component selection, making electrical BOM list, electrical component layout drawing, power supply construction scheme and on-site technical support during construction;
6. Designed the control and data acquisition interfaces for some equipment outsourced in the project, and completed the overall action cycle of the project;

8. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in Siemens 1200/1500 or Mitsubishi PLC Q series programming program development, and familiar with at least one HMI touch screen development, have in-depth control experience and understanding of motion control system;
2, familiar with LabView, VB, VC two or more;
3. Capable of overall planning and development of electrical control system and core control module of large projects;
4. Proficient in developing ST language control design programs.
5. Strong learning ability and teamwork spirit, strong understanding of electrical control technical materials, able to solve various electrical complex problems on site by reading technical materials or instructions;
